One platform, from the last mile to the donor’s desk

Five stops. One system of record.

Follow one mission across five real moments — a household survey at a rural site, a cash distribution at a response site, an M&E review at the country office, a live donor call, a grantmaker’s desk overseas. Every stop writes to the same record.

Offline PWA forms
Rural siteStop 01 / 05

The survey reaches the last mile

A household survey completed on a tablet with no signal. The form queues on-device and syncs the moment the enumerator is back near a tower — no lost readings, no re-keying from paper.

One platform, every workflow

Everything your NGO runs on, finally connected.

NGO360 replaces the tangle of Excel, QuickBooks, KoBoToolbox, Trello, Drive, ODK and WhatsApp with one integrated system. Programmes track projects. Workplans trigger approvals. Approvals hit finance. MEAL indicators flow from field forms. Everything writes to an immutable audit log.

Country offices run on 50 Excel files, 8 form apps, 3 accounting packages and a WhatsApp group.

The Finance Director can’t answer “how much cash do we have across restricted funds?”in under an hour. The M&E Specialist re-keys indicator readings from PDF back into a tracker. The Country Director learns about a safeguarding incident from a phone call, not a system.

This is the state of the art at most NGOs — and it’s costing you months of staff time every year, credibility with donors, and the safeguards your beneficiaries deserve.

Disconnected data

Programmes, finance and MEAL live in different systems. Reports take weeks and never agree.

Field-to-HQ gap

Enumerators still use paper. Photos live on phones. Indicator readings arrive late — if at all.

Compliance debt

Donor reports, PSEAH policies, audit trails, GDPR — all handled with checklists and hope, not systems.

Every number, drawn from the ledger.

Not static images — real charts you can hover, read and interrogate, plus working pieces of the product you can operate right here in your browser.

Budget vs actual, by programme

Committed spend against approved budget — the variance you'd report to the donor.

People reached vs target

Cumulative reach by month, against the target your log-frame committed to.

Fund composition

Restricted funds by donor alongside unrestricted reserves — the split that decides what you can spend.

Indicator status, by programme

Every live indicator sorted into on-track, at-risk and off-track — drift shows before quarter-end.

Burn rate & forecast

Monthly spend against plan, projected to grant end. The dashed line is forecast, not actual.

Months of runway at the current burn rate. Anything under three months is a red flag — the dashed line is your call-to-action.

AI · safety-first

AI you can actually use in a humanitarian context.

Because “we added AI” isn’t enough. Restricted-class data never leaves your organisation.

Answers cite sources, respect your row-level permissions, and refuse when they don’t have data. Draft donor reports from live GL entries. Generate a PDM form from a plain-English description. Auto-code KII transcripts. Detect fraud patterns. Predict indicator slippage before quarter-end.

Restricted data — GBV cases, PSEAH incidents, whistleblower reports — never touches a cloud LLM. Those run on an on-prem model, always.

How it’s different

Five things a repurposed ERP will never give you.

01

Purpose-built, not repurposed

Every screen speaks NGO — cost centres × donor %, log-frames, PSEAH tiers, Grand Bargain KPIs. Not a CRM with new labels.

02

Safety-first architecture

GBV / CP / PSEAH get on-prem AI routing, two-person merge rules and tiered confidentiality. Do-No-Harm is baked in.

03

Localisation-ready

English and বাংলা today with correct Bengali script rendering. Framework handles RTL, ICU pluralisation and per-org terminology; new languages added per engagement.

04

Field-first

Offline forms with GPS, photo and signature. Duty-of-care map. Distribution from plan to attendance to reconciliation.

05

Donor-fluent

USAID F-indicators, FCDO KPIs, GAC PMF, ECHO KOI and IATI publication, all native. Reports draft from live data.

Questions people actually ask

Before you commit.

Do I have to migrate everything at once?
No. Most organisations start with Programmes and MEAL, add Finance in month 2, then Procurement and HR. You can run parallel with your existing tools for as long as you need.
Can it replace QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Our fund accounting is built for restricted-fund NGOs — journal-level double-entry, multi-currency FX, cost allocation, period close, trial balance and donor-report generation. We also integrate two-way if you’d rather keep your existing GL.
How does the AI work with sensitive data?
Data is classified into four tiers — Public, Internal, Confidential, Restricted. Restricted-tier data (GBV cases, PSEAH incidents, whistleblower reports) only ever touches an on-prem model. External LLM APIs never see it. Every AI call is audited, and kill switches are available per module.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Field forms are offline-first. Enumerators collect data on tablets in areas with no signal and sync when they reach connectivity. The rest of the platform is online-first but resilient to intermittent connectivity.
What languages are supported?
English and Bengali (বাংলা) are shipping today. The framework supports RTL scripts, ICU pluralisation and per-organisation terminology (including the choice between "beneficiary" and "participant" as your standard term). Additional languages — including Arabic, French, Spanish and Swahili — are added per engagement on request.
How long does implementation take?
Community engagements: same week. Country tier: typically 2–6 weeks for a single country office. Global engagements: 3–6 months depending on scope, integrations and change-management readiness. The honest bottleneck is rarely the software.
Can we self-host?
Yes, on the Global tier. We support Kubernetes on your own infrastructure. On-prem AI is the default for the Restricted data class regardless of tier.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You own your data. On termination we provide a full export in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL) plus attachments. We delete your instance and confirm in writing within 30 days. GDPR and SAR rights apply at all times.

Ready to see your NGO in one place?

Every engagement is scoped and priced to your organisation. Reach out and a member of our team will get back to you within one business day.
